In the Superpanel, each product you sell is called an item. You add its name, image, description, and available quantity once, then choose whether customers can buy it from the Popbob marketplace, your shop website, or both.
Create a listing

Open Items
Open your shop in the Superpanel, select Items, then select Add Item.

Choose the game and name
Select the game first so Popbob can show the marketplace options available for it. Enter the name a buyer would search for, including the product type or quantity when it is important.
If the marketplace you need is not available, contact Support to request that it is added.
Suggestions appear when your name matches products already sold on Popbob. Selecting one can fill in a commonly used image, description, and price. Review those details and change them when they do not describe your offer exactly.

Add the product image
Marketplace listings require an image. Upload your own or, after choosing a suggestion, select one of the community images shown in the editor. Use an image that clearly shows the product being sold without unrelated products, advertising, or unnecessary text.
The same image is used wherever the item appears. If the item is only for your shop website, you can leave it empty and the storefront will use your shop logo instead.

Write the description
Explain exactly what the buyer receives. Include the quantity, important variants, delivery requirements, and anything the buyer needs to provide. Do not make buyers rely on the image to understand the offer.

Enter your available stock
Enter the number of individual units you can deliver now. Stock must be a whole number and decreases automatically when customers order the item.
Choose where it appears
Public marketplace
Use the Marketplace tab to make the item available to buyers browsing Popbob. Choose either a marketplace product page or the public categories that best describe the item, then set the amount you want to receive for each unit.
Your storefront
Use the My Site tab to set the price and categories shown on your shop website. Storefront categories are managed in the Custom Website area and are separate from marketplace categories.
The two placements are optional and have independent prices. Leave one unconfigured if you do not want the item sold there.
How marketplace pages work
Items listed in categories
On a category page, each item appears as its own listing. Buyers see your item name, image, description, price, and shop. Use categories for offers that need their own identity, such as kits, services, or products with contents that differ between sellers.
Marketplace product pages
Some games also have a shared page for a specific, standardized product, such as game currency. Instead of showing every offer as a different product, the page puts offers from multiple shops together so buyers can compare price, available stock, minimum purchase, seller, and delivery performance.
Select a marketplace product page only when your item is the exact product named on that page. Selecting one disables public categories because the item will appear on the shared page instead.
Each shop can have one offer on a given marketplace product page. This prevents one seller from filling the comparison with duplicate offers. That single item holds your price, stock, and optional minimum purchase for the product. Edit it whenever those details change instead of creating another copy.
The editor previews the buyer price after the marketplace pricing rules are applied. On a product page, your price and available stock must let a buyer reach the $5 marketplace minimum. You can require a higher minimum purchase, but it cannot be greater than your current stock.
Edit or remove a listing
Find the item in Items and open it to change its details, prices, placement, or stock. Search and filters can narrow a large catalogue by game or category.
Removing an item is permanent. Set its stock to zero if you only need to stop new purchases temporarily and expect to sell it again.
To pause every marketplace listing at once, open Settings in your shop Superpanel and select Delist from Marketplace. This enables vacation mode without deleting your items. Return to the same setting and select Relist on Marketplace when your shop is ready to accept marketplace orders again.
