Promocodes give customers a percentage discount at checkout. Open Promocodes in the Superpanel to create codes for the public marketplace, your shop site, or both.
How discounts work
Promocode discounts are funded by your shop. The percentage is applied to the item prices in that shop's order and reduces the corresponding seller payout. It does not discount delivery charges, priority charges, or tips.
A code belongs to one shop. If a marketplace cart contains products from multiple shops, it only discounts the products belonging to the shop that created it.
Create a promocode
- 1
Choose the code
Enter 3 to 32 letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens. Codes are saved in uppercase and cannot contain spaces.
- 2
Set the percentage
Enter a whole-number discount from 1 to 100 percent. Check the resulting item price and payout before sharing a large discount publicly.
- 3
Choose availability
Select Marketplace, Shop site, or both. Leave Active enabled if customers should be able to use the code immediately, then select Create code.
Choose where it works
Marketplace allows the code during checkout from public Popbob listings. Shop site allows it on your own storefront and for carts started through your Discord integration. At least one must remain selected.
The same item can have different marketplace and shop-site prices. The discount is calculated from the price used by that checkout.
Limits and expiry
Min subtotalrequires the customer to spend a minimum amount on your shop's items before the discount. Max uses limits the total number of successful redemptions, not the number of discounted units. Leave either field empty when you do not want that limit.
Use Expires to stop new redemptions after a chosen date. The uses counter shows how many completed redemptions have already been recorded.
Manage existing codes
Select the status button to switch a code between Active and Disabled. Disabling is useful when you may reuse the campaign later because it preserves the code and its redemption count.
You can also change whether an existing code works on Marketplace or Shop site. Delete permanently removes the code. A deleted code can be recreated later, but its old usage count is not restored.
