The Statisticspage turns your shop's order history into revenue, order volume, delivery, product, and checkout charts. Shop owners and staff with the Statistics permission can open it.
Choose a time period
Select the last 30, 90, or 365 days, or choose All time. Summary totals and most charts recalculate for the selected range. If your first available order is newer than the chosen start date, Popbob shows the actual period covered by the data.
Orders are grouped by their creation date. Changing the range does not alter any orders or payouts.
Revenue and orders
Total Revenue adds the seller payout recorded on orders in the selected period. It represents shop earnings, not the full amount paid by customers. Avg. Payout Per Orderaverages orders that have a recorded payout.
Total Orders counts orders created in the period. Orders Per Day shows when that volume arrived. The daily revenue chart shows payouts by day and a running accumulated total, while the seven-day moving average makes the underlying trend easier to see.
Delivery performance
Delivery time is measured from order creation to seller completion. Orders without a completion time are excluded from the delivery average. The summary shows the overall average for the selected period.
The seven-day delivery chart smooths daily averages so you can see whether fulfilment is improving. Individual Order Delivery Times shows the most recent completed orders in the range, up to 100, and makes unusually slow deliveries easier to identify.
Products and checkout choices
Most Popular Items counts units sold by product name from the selected order range and groups them by month, showing up to the last six calendar months. Use it to compare demand, not profit, because the chart counts quantity rather than payout.
Delivery Methods and Order Priority Distribution show how customers completed checkout. The payout-by-priority charts compare recorded seller payout across Low, Medium, and High priority orders when those options are present.
Use the data
Compare orders per day with delivery time before running a promotion or changing staffing. Rising sales with slower completion usually means the shop needs more delivery coverage. Product quantity and payout should be considered together because the most frequently purchased item is not always the most valuable one.
Statistics are calculated from Popbob orders only. Sales completed elsewhere are not included.
