Before you can create a shop, Popbob requires a linked Discord account and a verified email address. These are account checks, not a request for a photo ID.
What sellers need to verify
- A Discord account connected to your Popbob account
- An email address confirmed with the six-digit code sent by Popbob
Your Popbob username identifies your personal account. It should not be the name of your shop. You choose the shop name separately when you create it.
Connect Discord
Open Notifications and select Connect Discord Account. Sign in to the Discord account you want associated with Popbob and approve the connection in the Discord window.
Connecting Discord also lets you use Discord to sign in and receive notification DMs if you choose to enable them.
Verify your email

Enter your address
In Notifications, find Email Notifications, enter your email address, and select Send Code.

Confirm the code
Enter the six-digit code from the verification email and select Verify. Check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Once verified, the address is also available as a notification channel for security, order, and withdrawal alerts.
Create your shop
After both checks are complete, open My Shops and select Create New Shop. The creation window shows which requirement still needs attention if either one is missing.
