Choose what you receive

The Notification Preferences table has one row for each type of update and one column for each active channel. Check a box to send that update through the channel, or clear it to stop that type of alert there. Changes save as soon as you select a box.

In-app notifications are always available. Connected channels are added to the table, so connect email, Discord, Telegram, or browser notifications before trying to configure their topics.

Useful settings for sellers

Enable Order received anywhere your team checks regularly. Offline chat messages helps you catch buyer questions, while the withdrawal and shop moderation topics keep owners informed about important account activity.

Connect delivery channels

Email

Enter your email address, select Send Code, and enter the six-digit code from your inbox. Email alerts do not work until the address is verified.

Discord

Select Connect Discord Account and authorize the connection in the Discord window. Alerts are sent as direct messages from the Popbob bot, so your Discord privacy settings must allow the bot to message you.

Telegram

Select Connect Telegram Account, open the generated Telegram link, and press Start in the chat to finish connecting.

Browser notifications

Enable this channel and allow notifications when your browser asks. If they were previously blocked, open the site permissions in your browser, allow notifications for Popbob, and try again.

Browser permission and push delivery are set up per browser. Enable the channel on each device where you want alerts to appear.

Test your setup

Each configured email, Discord, Telegram, or browser channel has a Test button. Use it after connecting a channel so you know alerts can reach the intended device or account.

If a test does not arrive, confirm the channel is still connected, check browser or app permissions, and make sure the Popbob bot is not blocked.
