Use a dispute when an order is not delivered or when the delivered order does not match what you purchased. Do not confirm receipt while an issue remains unresolved.
Contact the shop first
Open My Orders, select the order, and explain the problem in the conversation. Include the missing quantity, incorrect product, inaccessible location, or other specific issue. Many delivery problems can be corrected by the seller without a dispute.
Keep screenshots and other evidence. Do not move the discussion to another platform because Popbob staff may need the order conversation during review.
When you can dispute
Order has not been delivered
The Dispute Order button becomes available 48 hours after the order was created if the seller has not completed it.
Seller marked the order complete
You can dispute for seven days after seller completion. The order page shows the remaining time. You cannot dispute after selecting Release Funds to Seller.
Open a dispute
- 1
Select the affected order
Open its details and select Dispute Order or Dispute, depending on its status.
- 2
Describe the issue
Give a clear reason in no more than 2,000 characters. State what you ordered, what happened, and what you already tried with the seller.
- 3
Continue in the support ticket
Popbob creates a support conversation for the buyer, shop, and staff. Add relevant screenshots or other evidence there and respond when staff ask for more information.
Opening the dispute marks the order disputed and freezes the shop wallet while the issue is active.
What staff reviews
Staff can review the order details, products and quantities, delivery method, seller-uploaded proof, completion time, and the Popbob conversations. Clear evidence and a precise explanation make the issue easier to resolve.
If a refund is approved, the order is cancelled and its refundable order value is returned according to Popbob's cancellation flow.
Retract a dispute
If the seller fixes the problem, select Retract Dispute. This marks the dispute resolved and closes its support ticket. Only retract after you are satisfied with the resolution.
