Every shop has its own Popbob-hosted storefront. Customers can browse your products and check out there without going through the public marketplace. Open My Website in the Superpanel to configure it.
Open your shop site
The Shop Link field contains your storefront URL. Use Copy Link to share it or Open Site to preview the customer experience.
Orders placed through this site use your shop-site prices and have reduced Popbob platform fee. You can advertise the link outside the Popbob marketplace, including in-game or in your Discord server. Do not advertise it in marketplace listings or marketplace messages.
Choose a layout
With Categories gives customers a category view before they open a group of products. No Categories shows all available items together on the storefront home page.
A featured product appears above the normal product list. Enter the exact name of one of your shop's items in the Featured Product field. Clear the field to remove the feature.
Organize your products
Private categories belong only to your storefront. They are separate from the public marketplace categories attached to an item.
- 1
Create the structure
Under Private Categories, add each main category. Select a category to add or remove its subcategories.
- 2
Assign products
Open Items, edit a product, and use its My Site settings to select the private categories where it should appear.
- 3
Check the result
Open the storefront and confirm each category contains the expected products. Removing a category also removes that destination from the storefront navigation.
Brand the storefront
Header logo
Upload a wide logo for the storefront header. A 120 by 40 image is recommended. This does not replace the square shop logo used in other parts of Popbob.
Notice bar
Use the notice bar for information customers should see before browsing, such as a temporary delivery delay. Enter the text, choose Info, Warning, Success, or Error, and enable the bar. The bar is only shown when it is enabled and contains text.
Add a custom domain
You can use a domain or subdomain you control instead of the generated Popbob URL. In your DNS provider, create a CNAME or ALIAS record pointing the chosen hostname to shops.popbob.gg. Then enter that hostname in the Custom Domain field without https://or a path.
DNS and certificate setup can take a few minutes. Keep the generated Popbob link available while the custom domain is being verified. Clearing the field removes the custom domain from the shop.
