The Wallet records what your shop earns and every withdrawal. Order details show the exact payout for each sale.
Marketplace pricing
Enter the amount you want to receive in the marketplace price field. The item editor previews the final buyer price after Popbob applies the marketplace pricing rules. This lets you check both amounts before saving the offer.
Delivery options, priority checkout, and tips can also affect the final order totals. Review the payout shown in each order for the exact amount credited to your shop.
Order payouts
Order earnings are added directly to your shop wallet once the buyer confirms delivery.
When the buyer confirms delivery
The payout is immediately available in your shop wallet.
When the buyer does not confirm
The payout becomes eligible seven days after the seller completes the order, unless the buyer opens a dispute. Automatic releases run every 15 minutes, so the wallet may update shortly after the exact release time.
The Pending Payouts tab in your Wallet lists unpaid order earnings, their current status, and their maximum wait time. Orders awaiting delivery or dispute resolution do not have a scheduled release time yet.

Use Transactions to review money entering or leaving the shop, and Withdrawals to track withdrawal requests and their status.

Open Withdraw
Select a currently available method in your shop wallet. Popbob may offer cryptocurrency, PayPal, or a transfer to your Popbob account balance.

Review the current limits and fee
The withdrawal dialog shows the minimum, fee, and amount you will receive for the selected method. These values can differ by method and may change, so use the figures shown there.

Confirm the destination
Check the address or account carefully before submitting. You can follow the request from the Withdrawals tab and cancel it there while cancellation remains available.
Withdrawal security
Two-factor authentication is required for transfers to an account balance and when using a new payout destination. Changes to saved payout details also require two-factor authentication.
Shop owners can withdraw by default. Staff need both Wallet access and the separate Withdraw permission to submit a request.
