These rules keep listings comparable and orders safe for buyers and sellers. They apply to every shop using the Popbob marketplace.
List products accurately
- Use a name that matches the product other sellers are listing
- Describe exactly what the buyer receives, including the quantity and any important variants
- Use images that show the product clearly and contain minimal unrelated content
- Keep prices and stock current
Do not combine unrelated products into one listing. Create separate items so each offer can be priced, compared, and delivered clearly.
Use the marketplace correctly
Attach an offer to the matching product page or relevant public categories. Incorrect categorization can cause the shop to be removed from marketplace results.
Marketplace listings and messages must not direct buyers to an external website, Discord server, or another checkout method. Complete marketplace orders through Popbob so the payment and order record remain protected.
If you list map art, only sell work you created or have the right to sell.
Fulfil orders responsibly
Deliver the full order within the time the buyer can reasonably expect. If a delay occurs, tell the buyer in the order conversation and give a realistic update.
Upload genuine proof only after delivery. Never mark an order complete to release funds before the buyer has received it. Attempts to bypass payment protection or defraud a buyer can lead to removal from Popbob and loss of pending funds.
What cannot be sold
Illegal goods, stolen accounts, hacking tools, products that enable unauthorized access, and NSFW content are prohibited. A listing must also comply with the rules of its marketplace category.
When you are unsure whether a product is allowed, contact support before listing it.
